Yani is the Chief of Staff at Hootzpa.com, a global e-marketplace for sustainable and ethical products.
 
With a strong background in HR, she applies her expertise in people management and organizational growth to her advocacy work.
 
She co-founded Hellokasyon, promoting sustainable travel, and Babayi, empowering Bicolano women through local craftsmanship. She also co-leads Tarabangan Bicol, a disaster response initiative supporting communities, especially children. Yani holds a bachelors degree in Sociology from UP Los Baños and a postgraduate diploma in Labor Relations from UP Diliman.
